What is the job?

This job consists of responding to sales requests for new residential doors. The representative will report to the director of sales, and you will be responsible for representing the company on the road in the territory of greater Montreal You will be autonomous in the management of your prospecting. This job requires knowledge of the technical characteristics of installation and estimation of the work and thus it will help to advise the customers on the choice of products according to their specific needs.

What are your tasks?

  • Customer service
  • Take phone calls and respond to customers
  • Schedule customer visit / meetings and contact
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Provide product technical data
  • Provide installation quotes
  • Follow up with clients and negotiate sales
  • Enter order into business software
  • Precise final measurements
  • Pre-Installation and Photo verification for marketing
  • Verify final invoicing
  • Solicit potential customers
  • Perform all related tasks
